Enjoy the wine at 15-18°C\n\nThe wine is made from two popular southern Italian grape varieties, Primitivo and Susumaniello. The grapes are hand-picked from fields in Salento, one of Puglia's most important appellations. When the grapes arrive at the winery, they are gently pressed, after which fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks at 16-18 degrees. Part of the wine matures in steel tanks, while another part matures in large oak barrels.
