Puput Pét-Nat Blanc (White)

- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with distinct greenish reflections and a light, rustic natural cloudiness. [1, 2]
- Aromas: Highly expressive notes of fresh green apple, pear skin, and white peach, intertwined with white wildflowers, chamomile, fresh yeast, lemongrass, and a signature dash of wild fennel and green almond. [1, 2, 3]
- Palate & Profile: Light and incredibly drinkable (around 10.5% – 11.5% ABV). It is bone-dry (less than 1g/L residual sugar), presenting a razor-sharp, steely acidity balanced by a gentle, fizzy carbonation and a salty, mineral-forward finish
