Description
A True Spirit of Christmas Past Turning red from eating blueberries goes to show that Skyrjarmur (Skyr-Gobbler) is a Yule Lad with a highly acidic sense of humor. Named after the 8th of Iceland’s 13 infamous Yule Lads, this unique brew deploys a thousand-year-old dairy tradition in the service of modern fermentation.
