Light yellow color with a greenish hue and fine, elegant bubbles. The aroma is fresh and well-balanced, with delicate white flowers, juicy light fruits such as peach, and a refreshing citrus scent. Initially, a slight hazelnut note can be detected, leading to a refined and gently toasted finish.

Excellent with seafood, creamy risotto dishes, poultry dishes, and mature cheeses.
